Gun Beach, Welcome new couples, Goodbye to Elder and Sister Crisp - We miss you, Zone Conference

We had fun exploring "Gun Beach". Yes, there is this big WWII gun right near the beach. It is located just north of hotels in Tumon, Guam.

The old WWII gun in it's original location. Braden was pinched by the crab he's holding - see video below

Hotels in the background as Bishop Davis and Marthalina look for crabs, etc.

A lot to explore down on the rocky beach

A very nice path from the old gun to the beach

Another fun little hike we enjoyed.

Welcome to Elder and Sister Thomas, our new military relations couple. Elder Thomas is retired military and has access to Guam's two military bases. They will work with members and interested investigators that are in the military. Sister Thomas, a popular country tole painter, will also teach free classes on base.

Welcome to Elder and Sister Reed, our new Self-Reliance couple. They are teaching people how to obtain good employment, budget to stay out of debt, and eventually not have to rely on government support.

Goodbye to Elder and Sister Crisp. They have been on the island of Chuuk for nearly 18 months. Amazing, amazing, amazing.
We took this picture of the Crisps at the couple's conference

Very few senior couples could do that.

A Wonderful zone conference

It began with President and Sister Zarbock greeting everyone, one by one.

We're all singing "Called To Serve" of course
Great meeting, inspired talks, amazing testimonies...

We enjoyed a feast right after the spiritual feast

We love being in the Micronesia Guam Mission. Absolutely the best mission on Earth. A life-long dream is being fulfilled, now. The work is hard sometimes, but serving with these great missionaries in Micronesia is wonderful. We know that God lives and is guiding those who seek after Him.
